Owner's Engineer / PMC
Integrated project controls, schedule, cost, risk, contracts and procurement — delivered as owner's engineer or full PMC. We align sponsors, lenders, EPC and operators behind a single source of truth.
Site → Commissioning
On-site supervision, contractor management, HSE, QA/QC and commissioning management. We protect schedule, quality and safety through mechanical completion and start-up.
Independent
Independent technical and commercial advisory for sponsors, lenders, DFIs and insurers. We provide due diligence, lender's engineer, expert witness and asset condition reviews.
Performance
Post-completion support to maximise uptime, throughput and yield. We benchmark plant performance, run debottlenecking studies and lead reliability and maintenance improvement programmes.
